Your responsibilities as Electrical Projects Manager

• Manage multiple electrical contracting projects from pre-construction and estimating through to completion and handover.
• Oversee tender submissions, analyse drawings and specifications, prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, field labour and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure installations comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA standards and applicable safety requirements.
• Manage technical submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, change orders and payment applications.
• Oversee project close-out, including inspections, commissioning documentation and O&M manuals.

What we're looking for in an Electrical Projects Manager

• Extensive electrical project management experience within commercial, institutional or industrial construction.
• Qualified electrician with supervisory experience installing electrical distribution systems, standby generators and UPS equipment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical power projects, including estimating, procurement and financial control.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70), NFPA 72, construction methods and electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint.
