We are seeking an experienced Office & Procurement Manager to take ownership of our clients purchasing function while ensuring that all head office functions run smoothly and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing all purchasing and procurement activities
• Raising and tracking purchase orders
• Developing supplier relationships and managing the supply chain
• Coordinating deliveries and stock control
• Maintaining procurement and requisition records
• Supporting project teams, designers and production departments
• Managing Director diaries, admin and solving any issues in the office.
• Overseeing general office operations and administration
• Championing FSC compliance and document control

We are seeking a candidate who has:-

• Minimum 5 years' experience in purchasing, procurement or buying
• Previous office management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities
• Strong supplier management and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Procore, Asite or similar is advantageous
• Joinery, manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred
