Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Facilities Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of building management and maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building compliance.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency situations outside of standard working hours if necessary.
