Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Attraction

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple business areas.
• Draft and advertise vacancies through a range of recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and manage candidate communications.
• Arrange interviews and assessment activities.
• Conduct initial screening interviews via teams and in person.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive candidate journey.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Produce recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring data.

Employee Relations Support

• Provide administrative support on employee relations matters.
• Assist managers with day-to-day HR and employment-related queries.
• Prepare documentation, correspondence, and meeting invitations.
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes where required.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, absence, and other employee relations processes.

HR Administration

• Support the delivery of day-to-day HR administration activities.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Administer contractual changes and employee life cycle documentation.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide general HR support.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance across all HR activities.
