We are seeking an experienced Divisional Business Manager to join our prestigious luxury automotive sales division in Mayfair.
Working across Mayfair, North London, Central London and Surrey, the Divisional Business Manager will support finance and insurance performance across retail, fleet and corporate sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a respected luxury automotive brand within a commercially focused dealership environment.
Benefits:
£40,000 basic salary with £45,000 OTE
Monday to Friday working hours
One Saturday every other week, with a day off in lieu
Contractual base in Mayfair
Responsibility across three prominent sales locations

No car allowance
Duties:
As a Divisional Business Manager, contact retail customers before vehicle delivery to maximise finance and insurance opportunities
Provide specialist finance and insurance guidance to sales colleagues
Support the complete vehicle sales process across retail, fleet and corporate operations
Obtain accurate customer proposal information and submit it promptly to finance providers
Prepare finance and insurance documentation accurately and in line with FCA requirements
Maintain complete records of customer transactions, signed documents and commission agreements
Produce regular and ad hoc reports covering finance and insurance penetration and income
Support month-end commission payments and ensure accurate allocation of agreed bonuses
Keep up to date with market conditions, competitor activity, interest rates, taxation and legislation
Provide sales management cover during holiday or sickness periods where required
Attend divisional and VIP events, including activities outside normal working hours
Allocate time across three showrooms according to business requirements
Identify and escalate risks affecting FCA authorisation, compliance or regulatory standards
Requirements:
We are looking for a Divisional Business Manager with previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or in a comparable automotive finance and insurance position
Previous experience as a Divisional Business Manager within an FCA-regulated automotive environment
Strong knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products and automotive retail sales
Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance, customer data handling and accurate documentation
Excellent communication, organisation, customer service and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to work towards finance and insurance penetration and income targets
Professional approach suited to a luxury automotive brand
Flexibility to work across multiple locations and attend divisional events
Commitment to treating customers fairly and maintaining high personal compliance standards
