Location: Central London Project Value: £750,000 – £1,000,000 Start Date: December 2026 / January 2027 Position: Contract / Project-Based About the Role We are seeking an experienced CAT A / CAT B Commercial Fit-Out Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects in Central London, with project values ranging from £750k to £1m. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial office fit-outs, with proven experience managing projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure programme deadlines are met. Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site. Monitor project progress, quality control and workmanship. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team. Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations. Manage site documentation, progress reports, RAMS and health and safety requirements. Drive the project through to successful handover and completion. Essential Requirements Previous experience managing commercial CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects. Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects of a similar scale. Valid CSCS card. Valid SMSTS certificate. Valid First Aid certificate. Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines. Excellent understanding of site health and safety procedures
