SEND Case Officer – North London Rate: £280 per day Location: North London Working pattern: Hybrid, with 1 day per week required in the office Contract: Locum
Pertemps Social Care is currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Case Officer to join a Local Authority team in North London. Key responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating annual reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Ensuring annual reviews are completed within statutory timescales.
Liaising with schools, parents, carers and other professionals to ensure children and young people receive appropriate support.
Reviewing EHCPs and ensuring plans accurately reflect individual needs and provision.
Coordinating amendments to EHCPs where required.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a SEND Case Officer or within a similar EHCP casework role.
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and the annual review process.
Excellent communication, organisational and case management skills.
