Your responsibilities will include:
Managing support tickets: Raising, updating, prioritising and escalating tickets to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently.
Coordinating engineers: Allocating tickets to the appropriate departments and field-based engineers across the UK, taking location and requirements into account.
Supporting customers: Responding to queries, providing accurate updates and managing expectations throughout the resolution process.
Working with suppliers: Building and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.
Monitoring live issues: Monitoring unit feeds, identifying potential problems and supporting troubleshooting activities.
Reporting and administration: Maintaining daily reports, updating documentation and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
Keeping operations moving: Working closely with engineers and internal teams to resolve issues, manage priorities and deliver excellent service.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in customer service and administration - both are essential.
Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
A customer-first mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Commercial awareness and the confidence to use your own initiative.
Experience that would really make you stand out:
Working within an operations, service delivery or technical support team.
Using ticketing or helpdesk systems.
Coordinating schedules, appointments or field-based engineers.
Don't worry if you haven't worked in every one of these areas before. If you have the right customer service and administrative foundations, a willingness to learn and the ability to keep things organised, we'd love to hear from you.
