What you'll do

• Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate, reliable and efficient financial operations across the organisation.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit management and the maintenance of robust financial controls.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives while supporting strategic decision-making at senior level.

What you'll need

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong financial reporting, audit, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering process improvements and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders.
