Role

We're seeking a National Account Manager to take ownership of a £20m+ customer portfolio within a strategically important wholesale channel. This is a highly commercial role where you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships, delivering profitable growth, negotiating trading agreements, managing forecasts and ensuring seamless execution across a complex supply chain.

Working closely with colleagues across category, operations, finance and product development, you'll play a key role in shaping customer strategy, identifying growth opportunities and driving commercial performance. The position offers significant visibility within the business and the chance to influence both short and long-term growth plans.

Ideal profile

We're keen to speak with proven Account Managers or National Account Managers with experience managing sizeable retail, wholesale or FMCG customer relationships.

You'll be commercially astute, highly organised and comfortable balancing strategic customer planning with day-to-day operational delivery. Strong forecasting capability, negotiation skills, attention to detail and the ability to build trusted customer relationships are essential. While food industry experience would be advantageous, we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong commercial fundamentals, customer focus and a track record of delivering growth within a complex environment.
