Supply Teacher – Primary
Location: North Lincolnshire
Job Type: Temporary (Monday–Friday)
Rate of Pay: £140–£170 per day (dependent on experience and placement)
About the Role
Reed Education is looking for dedicated and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across North Lincolnshire.
This role is perfect for teachers who value flexibility, variety, and work-life balance, while still making a meaningful impact in the classroom. You’ll step into different school settings, covering both planned and unexpected absences, and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
- Maintain effective classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional development
- Work flexibly across daily supply and longer-term assignments

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
