Senior Reward Manager

Hybrid Working | £70,000 - £80,000 | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior Reward Manager to take ownership of the reward agenda for a growing
organisation during a period of exciting transformation. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, stand-alone role where you'll have the freedom to influence strategy, shape programmes and deliver meaningful change from day one.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading all compensation, benefits and recognition activity across the business
• Launching and embedding the upcoming pay review using external benchmark data
• Building on recently completed job levelling work
• Enhancing a newly implemented flexible benefits platform and exploring new benefit offerings
• Supporting the design and implementation of a new bonus scheme
• Providing reward insights, analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Influencing decision-making and presenting confidently at leadership level
• Ensuring reward practices remain competitive, fair and aligned to business objectives

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong end-to-end Reward experience across compensation, benefits and recognition
• Previous experience operating in a stand-alone Reward role or within a small Reward team
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Confidence presenting to senior leaders and challenging constructively where needed
• Experience of salary benchmarking, pay reviews and reward frameworks
• Knowledge of WTW methodologies would be highly advantageous
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously
