GROUP DECORATOR

Location: South Yorkshire (multi-site across RNN campuses)

Salary: £29,455 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out painting, decorating, and redecoration works across multiple campus sites
• Preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and undertaking general maintenance-related decorating tasks
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and safe working practices
• Supporting the Estates team with the upkeep, appearance, and maintenance of College facilities
• Working collaboratively across multiple campuses to meet operational requirements

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience in a Painting & Decorating or Estates Maintenance role
• A recognised Painting & Decorating qualification or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of decorating techniques, materials, and safe working practices
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between campuses as required
• Good attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
