Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking two highly motivated Estate Agents / Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Taylors team in Milton Keynes.

Your Role

Whether you join our Sales or Lettings team, your main focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, generating new business and helping customers through their property journey.

Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants
• Building strong relationships with customers, buyers, tenants and landlords
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales or lets
• Generating new business and maximising opportunities for the branch
• Progressing sales or lettings through to completion or move-in
• Maximising every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Ideally have previous sales, lettings, estate agency or customer-facing experience
• Be confident generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive and motivated
• Be organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate, including MS Office, internet and email systems
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
