Temporary Receptionist

We are looking for friendly, professional and organised Temporary Receptionists to join our team.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, providing a welcoming and professional reception service while supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Booking and managing appointments or meeting rooms
• Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area
• Carrying out general administrative and clerical duties
• Providing support to colleagues as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Confident communicating with people at all levels
• Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office systems
• Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
