Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 1pm to 6pm, every other Saturday 8am to 2pm

The difference you will make as a Concierge
The Estate Services team provides cleaning, gardening and concierge services across all regions. The core purpose of the team is to deliver a high quality, cost effective & responsive cleaning, grounds maintenance and concierge service, working closely with the housing management teams, landlord services, residents, reactive maintenance, and external contractors.

We want you to contribute to the quality and health and safety of the environment by becoming a champion for our customers taking responsibility for making our estates and communal areas a great place to live. You will take pride in the area you work and engage with residents so as to really understand the best way to maintain communal living spaces. You will be confident in undertaking caretaking, cleaning and concierge services duties, usually as part of a team but often organising your own work and looking after a particular area.  

This role combines customer service, security, health and safety monitoring, record keeping, and compliance responsibilities to help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include completing daily concierge tasks, maintaining accurate records of visitors and incidents, ensuring all displayed information is current and authorised, and promoting a clean, safe, and well-managed environment. The post holder must wear the appropriate uniform and PPE, work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain security, and comply with all Riverside policies, procedures, mandatory training requirements, and data protection responsibilities

About you 
We are looking for someone with:
• The ability to communicate effectively with residents, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Health and Safety Legislation (including fire safety) relating to concierge services and estate cleaning.
• Personal safety & lone working practices.
