The role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons and follow work set by the school
• Provide a positive and supportive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings
• Follow individual school policies and safeguarding procedures
• Support pupils to remain engaged and progress with their learning

What you'll need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Relevant classroom teaching experience
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, reliable and positive approach
• A passion for supporting pupils and their education
