I am currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a busy high school in the Wirral, starting as soon as possible. This is ideally a full-time position working 8:15am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, although the school is happy to consider candidates looking for part-time hours.

Your new role

• As part of the school's administration team, your responsibilities may include:
• Providing general administrative support across the school
• Handling telephone and email enquiries from parents, staff and external contacts
• Updating pupil records and maintaining accurate information
• Supporting with attendance and general school administration
• Preparing letters, documents and correspondence
• Assisting staff, pupils and visitors with day-to-day enquiries
• Using school systems and Microsoft Office
• Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident, organised and approachable administrator with excellent communication and IT skills. Previous experience working within a school environment would be highly beneficial, along with experience using school management information systems.
You will need to be comfortable working in a busy high school environment and able to prioritise a varied workload.
