Concierge Day Team Leader

Location: London

Salary: £37,000 per annum

Hours:

7:00am – 7:00pm | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

We are currently recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Concierge Day Team Leader to join a luxury residential development in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Concierge Team Leader, Front of House professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards within a residential environment.

Responsibilities:

·Lead, supervise and motivate the concierge team.

·Allocate daily duties, shifts and responsibilities.

·Prepare staff rotas and manage attendance.

·Train new team members and support staff development.

·Monitor performance and provide feedback.

·Provide a welcoming and professional front of house service to residents and visitor

·Manage resident enquiries promptly and efficiently.

·Monitor access control and maintain building security.

·Receive and distribute parcels and deliveries.

·Coordinate contractor and visitor access.

·Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and report any maintenance issues.

·Maintain accurate records, logs and handover notes.

·Work closely with the building management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.

Requirements:

·Previous experience within a Concierge, Front of House, Reception or Hospitality role.

·Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

·Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.

·Ability to remain calm under pressure and work on your own initiative.

·Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.

·Right to work in the UK.
