MPI have requirements for Aircraft Seat Mechanics to work on site at Luton Airport Start: Oct/Nov  2026 for winter program Duration: Until the end of May/June 2027 Shifts: DAYS - Monday – Friday 07.00 - 16.30 Half hour unpaid lunch. These roles are in scope of IR35 Duties Stripping, fitting, and repairing aircraft seats including mechanisms, hinges, brackets, arms, seat backs and base, seat covers, as require, on the Boeing aircraft. Remove and refit from aircraft. Experience required Candidates must have previous experience in this role in an aircraft environment. Successful applicants in this role would be required to undergo a reference check for the last 5 years of employment. If the applicant has resided in a country for 6 months or longer within the last 5 years, a Criminal Record Check would be required.
