Job Title: Ganger Location: Dundonnell Duration: Ongoing Rate: Basic - £26 p/hr CIS and Weekend - £31 p/hr CIS. Start Date: ASAP Rotation: 11 days on, 3 days off rotation. Hours: Monday to Saturday – 7am – 6/6:30pm. Sunday – 7am - 4:30/5pm. We are currently looking for an experienced Ganger for ongoing work in Dundonnell. Key Responsibilities: * Leading a crew of civils groundworkers * Work associated with culvert installation * Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work targets are met * Conducting briefings/toolbox talks * Assisting site trades as required * Overseeing work such as drainage, ducting and general civils site works * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines Requirements: * CSCS card essential * SSSTS/ SMSTS ticket advantageous * Proven previous experience in leading a civils squad including safety and quality * Experienced and competent with culvert installation, bedding, alignment and backfilling. * Strong awareness of health & safety practices * Strong leadership and communication * Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused What we offer: * Competitive hourly rate depending on experience * Travel time paid * Long term opportunities * Accommodation provided for non-local workers To apply or find out more information please email your fully up-to-date CV We are an equal opportunities employer and actively promote inclusive, fair and transparent recruitment practices.
