The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working within a UK primary school setting
• Experience supporting children within EYFS, KS1, KS2, or SEND provisions
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
• The ability to build effective relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Essential Requirements

• Recent experience working in UK schools
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable, such as:
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant
• CACHE Supporting Teaching and Learning
• Early Years Qualification
• Relevant SEND Qualifications
