The Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for a leading brand. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, you will handle a variety of enquiries, providing prompt, professional, and friendly support across multiple channels. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will help customers with booking and travel-related queries, resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
