Working closely with managers and partners, you will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited company clients
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in accordance with current regulations
- Producing management accounts and financial reports
- Preparing and reviewing corporate and personal tax returns
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team
- Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting clients with business and accounting queries
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client processes
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
- ACA, ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- Strong accounts preparation and tax knowledge
- Experience managing your own client portfolio
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
