You will play a key part in supporting various teams and different services with unfilled shifts/gaps in rota's offering practical support to people who have complex needs such as, autism, epilepsy, mental health, physical disability and communication support needs.

Essential to be considered

• Previous experience working in social care.
• A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
