Key Responsibilities Source and identify suitable candidates for available vacancies. Advertise job opportunities across job boards and social media platforms. Contact candidates by telephone and email. Review CVs and assess candidates’ suitability for available roles. Conduct initial candidate screening. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Arrange interviews and follow up with applicants. Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database. Work closely with the recruitment team to meet recruitment targets. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner. Good organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic IT and administration skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience is welcome but not essential!
