What you'll be doing:

• Managing inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
• Processing orders, quotations, and invoices
• Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Supporting the sales team and delivering an excellent customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Previous administration or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A positive, can-do attitude
