We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive specialist provision in WF4.   You will work alongside experienced educators supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and SEMH needs. Every day brings new challenges and rewards as you help young people achieve their full potential.   Duties Include: Providing individualised support to students. Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities. Supporting communication and social development. Monitoring progress and reporting observations. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. What We're Looking For: A caring and patient individual. Experience working with children or vulnerable adults. A passion for supporting SEN learners. An adaptable and proactive approach.
