Our client is a popular gastro pub serving some of the county’s finest food. They are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen, led by a talented and creative Head Chef. The pub is known for its high-quality cuisine and welcoming atmosphere.

As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll help the kitchen run smoothly and maintain consistently high standards. You’ll take responsibility for your section, contribute to menu development and daily specials, and support junior members of the team.

Ideally, you’ll have experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen and be confident working across different sections when required. You’ll bring a passion for great food, strong organisation and a commitment to delivering excellent cuisine and service.

Skills and experience

• A passion for high-quality cuisine and excellent food presentation
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional, high-end kitchen
• The ability to work well in a team and use your own initiative
• Creativity and enthusiasm for contributing ideas
• Knowledge of menu planning, stock control and rotas
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and split shifts
• A full driving licence is essential due to the village location; live-in accommodation may be available if you don’t drive
