Deal Analyst and Transaction Support Manager Central London Permanent £55-65k per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business brokerage and advisory firm based in London's west-end. Working directly with the Managing Director and senior team, you will gain experience in corporate finance and private markets, with direct exposure to deals from origination to completion. This is a permanent in-office position which supports the M&A teams and offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manage the deal packaging up process
Support with financial and commercial analysis where required
VDR management for all transactions
Deal execution and due diligence support
Work directly with the MD and the senior team on their specific transactions
Process optimisation and documentation
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/ BE:
Proven academic track record to degree level or equivalent
Newly or recently qualified Accountant -ACA /ACCA/CIMA
Prior experience in transactional services or corporate finance
