This role will suit a confident sales professional with strong negotiation skills and a passion for property. You will handle buyer enquiries, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and secure reservations across a portfolio of new-build developments, building relationships with purchasers and developers throughout the sales process.

Candidates with previous successful experience in the sale of new build property (off-plan) will be considered preferentially.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator - New Homes:

• Handling incoming buyer enquiries and following up prospective purchasers
• Promoting new-build developments, including off-plan and completed properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings across London developments
• Building relationships with buyers, investors and developer representatives
• Negotiating offers and securing reservations on new-build properties
• Progressing sales from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales or property sales
• Experience in new homes or off-plan sales highly desirable
• Proven negotiation and sales closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident dealing with buyers, investors and property developers
• Professional, personable and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence required
