Braze Martech Consultant

This is an opportunity to join a leading customer engagement and marketing consultancy during a period of significant growth. You'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of well-known brands, combining hands-on Braze delivery with strategic Martech consulting to design and optimise customer experiences across multiple channels.

The Company

They are a specialist consultancy focused on CRM, customer engagement, and marketing technology. Working with a diverse client base, they help organisations deliver data-driven, personalised customer communications at scale. Due to increased demand across their client portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Braze Martech Consultant to support project delivery during a busy period.

The Role and Deliverables

• Design and deliver customer journeys across email, mobile push, and CRM channels using Braze.
• Build, optimise, and deploy sophisticated Braze campaigns, automations, and lifecycle programmes.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions and detailed specifications.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand objectives and define effective customer engagement strategies.
• Develop advanced Braze functionality, including segmentation, Liquid scripting, Content Catalogues, personalisation frameworks, and journey orchestration.
• Produce technical documentation and support the implementation of Martech solutions across multiple client accounts.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience delivering solutions within Braze.
• Proven ability to operate across both strategic consultancy and hands-on technical delivery environments.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end customer lifecycle and retention programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Liquid scripting, Content Catalogues, audience segmentation, and personalisation within Braze.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Martech solutions and technical specifications.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and providing consultative guidance to clients.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement, and wider Martech ecosystems.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously within a consultancy environment.
