What You Need to be a Sales Advisor: * Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly on the phone. * Sales Drive: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and passion for earning commission. * Vetting: Ability to pass a standard DBS & Credit Check. * Location & RTW: Live within 30 minutes of Fareham and hold permanent UK Right to Work.
