You’ll be that steady presence, helping pupils stay on track, manage behaviour, and feel safe in school. What we’re looking for: Experience with behaviour, SEMH, or SEND A calm, patient approach Someone who doesn’t give up when things get tricky What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups Helping manage behaviour and build positive routines Working closely with teachers and SEN staff Being a calm, reliable face pupils can trust Why Protocol Education?
