We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to carry out responsive repairs and electrical maintenance across social housing properties in Ealing. Duties Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied properties Repairing and replacing sockets, switches, light fittings and extractor fans Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults, including consumer units Carrying out electrical testing and inspections Completing first-fix works, including full and partial rewires Installing additional sockets, cabling and electrical accessories Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and Health & Safety standards Recording completed works using job management systems Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment Providing excellent customer service to residents Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, including AM2 City & Guilds 18th Edition (or 17th Edition with a willingness to update) Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent 2394/2395) Previous experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within social housing Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence with a good driving record Details Full-time, permanent position Company van and fuel card provided 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension, sick pay and life assurance Employee discounts and additional benefits Learning, development and career progression opportunities Please apply if you are interested in the role or would like to find out further information.
