The role

Working across Finance, Sales, Product Management and Operations, you'll play a key role in driving performance, identifying opportunities and supporting profitable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions and challenge assumptions.

• Analysing revenue, margins, profitability, rebates and operating costs.

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.

• Supporting pricing, investment decisions and commercial initiatives.

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and smarter reporting.

• Supporting junior colleagues while developing your own leadership skills.

What we're looking for

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.

• Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to influence stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
