My client is a health & social care provider w is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team in North West London. This is permanent roles working 37.5 hours per week with 5 days based onsite .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting managers and handling a broad range of employee relations matters

Role

As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice to managers and employees across the business. You will manage a range of employee relations cases, support recruitment and onboarding activities, and help ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
• Providing advice and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
• Supporting investigations, hearings and formal HR meetings
• Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice
• Liaising with external legal advisors where required
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with HR reporting, audits and compliance activities
• Coaching and developing managers on people management matters
• Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required.
