Package £45,000 – £60,000 (Depending on experience) Excellent hybrid working: 3 days in the studio, 2 days from home Exposure to some of the world's most prestigious luxury hospitality projects Exceptional studio resources, extensive materials libraries and specialist support teams Work alongside an incredibly talented and experienced design team Genuine project ownership and team leadership responsibilities Excellent opportunities for creative, technical and professional development Office: Hammersmith, West London Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Duties Lead the creative and technical development of exceptional luxury hospitality interiors Manage and coordinate a small team of 3 - 4 interior designers, overseeing workloads, deadlines and design quality Develop sophisticated design concepts and translate ambitious ideas into beautifully resolved interiors Produce and oversee high-quality Revit models, technical drawings and detailed design packages Collaborate with architects, consultants and specialist teams to ensure seamless project delivery Mentor and support junior designers, providing creative direction, technical guidance and maintaining exceptional standards Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience within a UK-based interior design studio Proven experience managing and leading a small design team of 3 - 4 people is essential Strong Revit experience is essential, including producing and overseeing detailed technical drawing packages Strong creative design abilities and/or excellent technical design and detailing skills Experience delivering high-end hospitality or luxury residential interiors, supported by a strong portfolio Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to manage designers and coordinate multiple project responsibilities Interested in finding out more?
