An established property company are seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Scheduler toconfidently liaise with residents and engineers.

The Repairs Scheduler will be working in an established and friendly team, and due to continue growth they have a new opening for a Repairs Scheduler.

Salary: £30,000

Location: Office-based

Repairs Scheduler responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance works efficiently, ensuring that repair requests are managed promptly and engineers are provided with the necessary appointments, information, parts and materials to complete jobs
• Receive, log and coordinate routine, urgent and emergency repair requests
• Coordinate access arrangements with residents, clients and other relevant parties
• Monitor outstanding repairs and follow up on jobs to ensure timely completion
• Respond to changes in schedules, cancellations and urgent requests, making adjustments as required
• Ensure engineers have the relevant job details, instructions and information before attending appointments

Repairs Scheduler skills:

• Ideally have scheduling, repairs, coordinating engineers experience
• Strong attention to detail
