Advice Proposition Consultant - Regulatory & Process Change (Contract)

A large UK financial advice business is starting delivery of a major change programme across its adviser network. The board has approved implementation, and they need experienced advice specialists to help make it work in practice for advisers.

The role

• Define new advice processes and the regulatory requirements behind them.
• Work with the programme team on supporting systems, adviser communications and contractual changes.
• Lead the rollout to advisers: explain what's changing and help them adopt it.

What you'll bring

• Hands-on advice experience. Ideally you are a former adviser who has moved into proposition, process or regulatory work.
• A background in wealth, mortgages or platforms.
• A track record on large delivery or change programmes in financial services.
• Regulatory knowledge you have actually applied, including FCA-facing work if possible.
• Credibility with advisers.

The detail

• Initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35.
• Swindon-based, 2-3 days a week on site.
• Immediate start preferred, but 4 weeks' notice can be accommodated.
