An established and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy commercial department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, within a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of commercial property transactions and finance matters.
• Advising clients and handling enquiries, quotations and instructions.
• Managing files, deadlines and transactions efficiently.
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and practice.
