This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about sport, loves creating content, and wants to put their creative skills to work on projects that reach global audiences. This is a hybrid creative role, with 70% focused on video editing and 30% on graphic design. You'll be responsible for taking creative briefs from initial concept through to final delivery, producing engaging, high-quality content primarily for social media.

You must be based within a commutable distance to London. All applicants must include a portfolio link demonstrating relevant video editing and design work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit engaging short-form video content using footage, imagery, sound, and typography
  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, and other digital assets
  • Create simple animations and motion graphics to bring content to life
  • Adapt creative assets for different social platforms, formats, and audiences
  • Work confidently from creative briefs and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritise your workload to meet agreed deadlines
  • Work collaboratively with the wider creative team, taking feedback on board, and refining your work to achieve the best possible results

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience creating social media content within an agency, in-house, or freelance environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design capabilities
  • A genuine passion and curiosity for a variety of sports
  • Confidence using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, or equivalent editing and design software
  • A working knowledge of After Effects, with the ability to produce simple animations and motion graphics
  • The ability to interpret a brief and independently deliver high-quality finished content without requiring step-by-step direction
