Customer Service Representative - Travel Insurance

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established Insurance company based in Farnham. This is a customer-focused role where you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers with travel insurance enquiries. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll handle incoming calls, assist with customer queries, and ensure all related administration is completed accurately and efficiently. This role would suit someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys building rapport with customers, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries relating to travel insurance policies
• Providing a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience
• Supporting customers with policy-related questions and requests
• Accurately processing and maintaining customer records
• Completing associated administration and documentation to a high standard
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met effectively
• Maintaining excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

Key Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• 5 + GCSEs Grade A* - C ( 9-5) including Maths and English

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• A professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach
• Good administration and computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple enquiries
