Administrator – International Charity | Immediate Start

Location: Lambeth, London

Contract: Temporary, 5 months with the possibility of extension

Charity Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-known international charity based in Lambeth, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated individual looking to gain valuable office administration experience within the charity sector. This role is in the office every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening, sorting and processing incoming mail from donors.
• Sorting donations and preparing them for processing onto the charity’s in-house database.
• Recording and distributing incoming mail to various fundraising teams and departments.
• Entering and recording information accurately onto internal systems.
• Photocopying, scanning and organising documents as required.
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
• Maintaining accurate records and handling correspondence with a high level of attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
