Your new role
Working with a broad mix of clients, you will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, reviewing and managing the work of more junior members of the team and liaising with Managers and Senior Managers to advise on progress. Clients will range in complexity and will include smaller entities and large, complex organisations with multiple subsidiaries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACCA or ACA qualified or will be very close to qualifying. Audit experience will be key - you will have led audits and will have experience coaching more junior team members. You will have also worked with a mixture of clients from a range of industries with exposure to the whole audit file. You'll be able to demonstrate your technical knowledge, a clear understanding of UK audit requirements and the ability to manage audits from start to finish. Great communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively will also be key.
