We are currently recruiting Emergency Support Workers to provide flexible support across Tonyrefail, Porth, and surrounding Rhondda Cynon Taf areas.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two shifts are the same. We are looking for reliable, caring, and adaptable individuals who can respond to placements as they arise.

About the Role

As an Emergency Support Worker, you may be supporting individuals with:

• Daily living activities
• Community access and engagement
• Emotional and behavioural support
• Promoting independence and wellbeing

Available shifts may include:

• Days
• Nights
• Waking Nights
• 1:1 Support
• 2:1 Support
• Emergency and short-notice placements
