This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager role, owning full-funnel performance across a portfolio of fast-growing digital brands in a highly experimental, data-driven environment.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end growth across multiple creator-led digital products. This is a high-velocity, execution-heavy role, where strategy quickly turns into live funnels, campaigns and revenue-generating systems.
You'll take ownership of the entire growth loop-from insight and validation through to launch, optimisation and scale-ensuring every stage of the funnel is measurable, tested and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise full-funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention and monetisation journeys
- Build and iterate high-performing digital funnels, including landing pages, checkout flows, webinars, upsell paths and lifecycle sequences
- Rapidly execute ideas into live assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, ad creatives and organic content, often within 24-48 hour sprint cycles
- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, contributing to creative direction, copy and performance strategy
- Develop and refine conversion-focused messaging, including ad copy, landing page content, email flows and hooks
- Design and run A/B and multivariate testing frameworks, scaling winning experiments
- Own analytics, attribution and tracking integrity, including UTMs, funnel instrumentation and performance reporting
- Build and manage CRM and lifecycle automation flows (e.g. email, onboarding, retention and reactivation journeys)
- Oversee performance across multiple concurrent brands (typically 5-10 at any one time)
- Translate data, customer insight and market signals into prioritised growth strategies and test roadmaps
- Establish and refine repeatable systems and SOPs to enable scalable execution across the portfolio
About You
- 4+ years' experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally within B2C digital products, subscriptions, courses or creator-led businesses
- Proven ability to build and optimise funnels and landing pages, ideally using tools such as Webflow
- Strong understanding of paid media performance marketing (Meta, Google etc.)
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical capability with a data-led approach to decision making
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Confident copywriter with strong commercial messaging skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands at pace
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Zapier, Webflow, Klaviyo or Meta Ads Manager
- Exposure to low-ticket funnels and ascension models
- Experience managing monthly paid media budgets of $20K-$50K+
- Familiarity with creative testing platforms and ad intelligence tools
