Recruit UK is working with a highly regarded independent financial planning firm seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Financial Planner (or someone close to Chartered status) who enjoys working with affluent and high-net-worth clients and wants access to a strong, consistent flow of quality leads rather than a heavy new business expectation.

The Role
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice to HNW and affluent private clients
- Manage and develop long-term client relationships
- Work closely with paraplanning and administrative support teams
- Advise across investments, retirement planning, tax planning, and protection
- Review and monitor existing portfolios and planning strategies
- Handle warm introductions and internally generated leads
- Build trust with professional, high-achieving clients who expect high standards of service and advice
About You
- Chartered Financial Planner status preferred
- STEP qualification desirable
- Strong experience advising HNW private clients
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and larger portfolios
- Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with sophisticated, high-earning individuals
- Level 6 Diploma qualified with valid SPS
- Experience within an independent financial planning environment preferred
