The Role|

Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a personal, professional and proactive service.

Thinking commercially about each account you handle, you will need to be able to spot opportunities to add value whilst supporting the wider strategy.

No two days will be the same. Priorities can shift, plans will change and you need to be someone who can remain level headed and find solutions.

What you will be doing|

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Processing orders efficiently and maintaining records.
  • In time, identifying opportunities to offer other products and services to customers.
  • Supporting customers with pricing discussions.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Juggling multiple tasks and accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Working with a "go the extra mile" attitude to deliver excellent customer experience.

What we are looking for|

Personality and confidence are key in this role. You need to be bubbly and enjoy communicating. Picking up the telephone should not be an issue for you.

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good numerical and IT skills
  • A genuine Team player with a can-do attitude
  • If you have any previous design or marketing experience it would be a bonus but not essential!
