The Role|
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a personal, professional and proactive service.
Thinking commercially about each account you handle, you will need to be able to spot opportunities to add value whilst supporting the wider strategy.
No two days will be the same. Priorities can shift, plans will change and you need to be someone who can remain level headed and find solutions.

Personality and confidence are key in this role. You need to be bubbly and enjoy communicating. Picking up the telephone should not be an issue for you.
