The role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving business success by delivering exceptional customer service and maximising sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Proactively generating interest in new instructions
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the branch

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• A motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
